The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Aparti.ai uses Google Workspace API data only to provide and improve user-facing features that users choose to enable, such as importing, organizing, summarizing, or helping manage documents, communications, deadlines, calendar events, or case-related information.

Aparti.ai does not sell Google Workspace API data. Aparti.ai does not use Google Workspace API data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or determining creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Aparti.ai does not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Aparti.ai does not allow human access to Google Workspace API data except when necessary to provide support with the user’s consent, comply with applicable law, investigate security or abuse issues, or operate and improve the service in a manner permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Users may revoke Aparti.ai’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions settings.

Google’s review requirement says the privacy policy must disclose how the app accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, and must comply with the Limited Use requirements for restricted scopes. The Google Workspace policy also requires apps to accurately explain what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about a child, please contact us.
